Ad Operations Specialist

Cluep is looking for an Ad Operations Specialist to join our Toronto team. You will be responsible for managing the trafficking, delivery/pacing, optimizations, and reporting of digital ad campaigns for multiple publisher clients within a team environment. You will work with Ad Ops team members and cross functional groups to address and resolve all ad ops issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, manage the execution and the technical aspects of the campaigns such as Ad-serving, delivery, pacing, trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting, etc.
• QA flighting/setup and launching of the campaigns.
• QA various tags provided by clients.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to campaign assets, tags, pixels for both clients and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot ad serving errors such as report discrepancies and broken creatives etc.
