We are currently seeking a dynamic, hard-working and self-motivated people to fill our position of Administrative Assistant Position in the Ontario area. The ideal candidate will be confident, self-motivated, and detail oriented. This position will specialize in invoicing and reconciling billing for one of our largest clients.
Job Description
- Must have at least intermediate level skill with the Microsoft Office suite (specifically Microsoft Excel and Office)
- Assorted office tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Provides complex and varied administrative support
- Calculate and submit expense reports
- Perform other administrative and support duties as directed by the manager
- Maintain confidential files, correspondence and other documents
