What is the opportunity?As the Administrative Assistant supporting two Vice President’s, Commercial Financial Services, you provide in-depth support in day-to-day management of the team in Greater Toronto Region. The primary purpose of this role is to help maximize their time against top priorities in the market, impacting client loyalty, employee engagement, and business results. You will proactively recommend and implement changes to improve efficiency, assist with reporting analyses, and build relationships with internal partners to support the VPs and RM’s work.What will you do?
  • Plan and monitor critical aspects of the market, such as operating expenses, staff cost budgets, the business unit’s recognition programs, client and staff event management, and internal regional communications processes

  • Provide support to plan, organize and administer the calendar and ensures pre-preparation for all bookings
