MCC Manitoba is hiring an Administrative Coordinator for the Executive Office to streamline support for our leadership and engage with external partners. This role focuses on organizational logistics and governance documentation.
Working closely with the Executive Director, you will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and maintain relationships with service vendors. This full-time position requires flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work, providing a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for meaningful contribution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Executive Director’s schedule and communications
• Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas
• Manage governance document access and reporting
• Ensure building occupancy and maintenance schedules are followed
• Act as IT liaison and handle office supply management
