Qualification:
At least three years of experience working in daycare or schools.
Completion of secondary school

Job duties:
1. Oversee and plan office administrative process and review, assess and make new procedures when necessary.
2. Carry out administrative activities associated with work safety.
3. Coordinate and plan for office services, such as supplies, relocations, equipment, forms, purchase or disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security matters.
4. Establish work priorities, work with other staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are adhered to.
