Role Overview
The Admin Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Montreal. The role is responsible for managing intake, bookings, client coordination, billing follow-ups, clinician support, and day-to-day clinic operations. This is a dynamic position that requires strong organization, excellent communication, bilingual client service, and the ability to manage sensitive mental health-related inquiries professionally.
