Administrative Support Specialist (Fleet Operations)

Audubon is currently seeking a Administrative Support Specialist (Fleet Operations) to join our team in our Bogotá, Colombia Office. The ideal candidate will support the daily administration of telematics systems used to improve fleet efficiency, driver safety, and operational compliance across the organization. This role is highly operational and requires strong communication skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.

We are open to candidates coming from administrative, customer service, operations, training, logistics, fleet support, or call center environments who have excellent English communication skills and enjoy working in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Desirable experience with telematics systems, fleet technologies, or remote monitoring platforms is highly valued.
