Adult Social Care Senior Practitioner

Become a Senior Practitioner with our Adult's Front Door Team. This role calls for a qualified Social Worker with a minimum of three years in social care. You'll manage complex referrals and mentor junior colleagues.
As part of the Adult's Front Door Team, you will act as a primary contact for Adult Social Care. Your responsibilities will include screening referrals, conducting safeguarding assessments, and guiding less experienced practitioners.
