- Interprets and documents customer requirements and business processes.
- Conducts fit / gap analyses, manages change requests and guides stakeholders in coordinating their requirements.
- Estimates effort and severity of identified gaps in terms of needed customizations.
- Demonstrates know-how on multiple products up to a single domain level.
