The Advisor, Bank Secrecy (Team Lead) is responsible for the execution of the BSA/AML and regulatory compliance preventive quality control interventions, as well as the direct supervision & coaching of BSA Analysts. This position will be working on a hybrid modality and is based in San Juan, PR.Directly oversee and supervise multiple BSA investigations analysts. Revise regulatory policies and procedures with appropriate testing to ensure compliance across all business units. Provide effective review of the work product conducted by BSA analysts for sufficiency and quality. Afterwards, is responsible for providing case feedback and coaching to ensure corrective measures, if needed.
