Responsibilities
- Attend to members’ investment and financing needs while ensuring quality service.
- Develop strategies and offer investment, financing and insurance products.
- Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, and follow up to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up‑to‑date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices.
