People Corporation is looking for experienced, entrepreneurial mid‑career licensed Advisors to join our growing IFS division. The role supports a massive distribution opportunity across Canada, including 3.5M+ plan members, $14B in group retirement assets and $3B in group premium.
Responsibilities
- Sell across a wide product shelf, including Mutual Funds, Segregated Funds & Annuities, Life Insurance (Term, Whole Life, Universal Life), Living Benefits (Disability, Critical Illness) and Health & Dental Insurance (Individual, Conversion, Small Group).
- Build and manage a book of individual clients across insurance and investment lines.
- Achieve sales targets based on new business and in‑force growth.
- Convert plan members from group benefit and retirement plans to personal solutions.
- Conduct needs analysis, financial planning and insurance sales consultations.
