Temporary position for six months (on‑call). The work mode arrangement is full‑time onsite.
Responsibilities
As a member and client experience advisory agent, you help give members and clients a better experience and ensure they are satisfied. You promote the organization’s cooperative values by supporting clients and members with their banking transactions, promoting Desjardins products and services, listening to their needs, and offering personalized solutions. You identify business opportunities and refer clients to colleagues who can meet specialized needs. You advise on the use of digital solutions and ensure financial transactions are smooth, while addressing any issues that arise.
