In this role

, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and address any concerns promptly. 
  • Design, implement, and manage customer advocacy programs, including reference and testimonial programs, to turn satisfied customers into enthusiastic advocates. 
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling customer success stories, cases studies and testimonials that highlight the value of our products. 
  • Act as a bridge between customers and the product development team, gathering feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
  • Plan and organize advocacy events, including our Going Digital Awards at the annual YII event, Customer Advisory Board, webinars, and conferences to showcase customer success stories and share industry insights.
