AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Your Role

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide every customer who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and proudly represent our values, bringing your real self to work each day.

Your Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they are looking for, and do so with a friends first mindset.
• Educate guests on product details and make suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as required.
• Actively solve problems to ensure guests have a great day while adhering to company policy.
