Job Summary

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day by providing guests with an amazing shopping experience, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for, and showcasing the AEO products and loyalty program.

Responsibilities

• You engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model and a friends first mindset.
• You educate guests on AEO and Aerie product details and suggest products that fit their needs.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• You are flexible across the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy.
• You support teammates and help get jobs done.
• You act with integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
