Aftermarket Parts Sales Application Engineer

The Aftermarket Parts Sales Engineer manages client relationships by answering technical questions regarding equipment parts, determining feasibility of custom orders, and developing customized offerings all while utilizing technical knowledge of Water-Cooled Chiller, Air-Cooled Chiller and Industrial Refrigeration equipment and Manufacturing and Service Bill of Materials information.How you will do itProvide technical assistance to customers, JCI account managers and product managers regarding Water Cooled, Air-Cooled Chiller and Industrial Refrigeration aftermarket parts and sub-assemblies.Manage projects under direct supervision of Product and Sales Managers and lead the development of customized offerings (e.g. critical spare parts lists) by identifying customer equipment install base requirements, lifecycle needs, and customer and technical feedback.Support quoting and ordering process with any technical or advanced parts ID question while developing highly professional busines...
