Agency Training Manager/ Senior Manager

The Company

My client is looking for an Agency Training Manager or Senior Manager to join the team. They are looking for someone with solid insurance exposures.

The Role

• Deliver both new and existing product training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
• Design and implement impactful training programs tailored to the needs of insurance sales agents
• Develop interactive training content, including video tutorials and digital learning tools
• Support licensing and compliance training (e.g., IIQE, CPD)
• Maintain accurate training records and provide regular analysis and reporting
• Conduct weekly sharing sessions and respond to agent inquiries promptly and professionally
• Review sales procedures and operational guidelines for improvement
