Job Title: Bilingual Digital Business Customer Support Agent (Operations Customer Expert I)

Location: Onsite at TPCA Waterloo or Remote outside Ontario. Reports to Operations Supervisor. Regular full‑time. Education: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred). No travel required. Current vacancy is open.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide problem resolution for Audiconnect vehicle concerns, app login, and subscription purchase support.
  • Utilize internal Salesforce CRM and manage customer cases, including level‑2 escalated cases.
  • Handhold and work with all levels of end users, including high‑level, difficult, non‑technical, and demanding users.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting customer, dealer, and vehicle issues while maintaining customer privacy.
  • Identify and report chronic operational and vehicle issues related to Audiconnect.
