Description
Indicative Responsibilities:
- Review of legal documents such as MOU, Agreements, Undertakings, etc.
- Ensuring timely renewal of licenses, AMCs, registrations, approvals etc. by the concerned departments
- Exposure to real estate / property due diligence, documentation is an added advantage
- Support drafting, review and implementation of policies and processes.
- Co-ordination with regulatory authorities, auditors, lawyers, as required.
- Handle Secretarial Compliances and records e.g.
- Notice, Agenda and minutes of meetings
- Monitoring implementation of decisions taken and directions given
- Periodic / event-based filings with regulatory authorities
- Maintain statutory registers and records
- Implement and manage an effective legal and statutory compliance system
