Job Description
Independently negotiate, draft, vet, and review a wide range of domestic and cross‑border commercial agreements (M&A, JV, IPR, technology, confidentiality, supply, procurement, charter‑party).
Draft in‑house legal documents and maintain legal templates and knowledge systems.
Handle end‑to‑end litigation (civil, criminal, commercial, PR, arbitration), including research, pleadings, counsel coordination, and dispute/settlement advisory.
Provide comprehensive legal opinions, especially on IP matters, backed by detailed research.
Drive legal awareness through newsletters, updates, and training.
