Job Overview
Seeking a dynamic and results-oriented salesperson to lead our growth initiatives and to drive the expansion of our kelp-based product lines. We require an individual with strong sales experience as well as knowledge of distribution networks, supplier compliance, 3PL, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, a passion for sustainability, and an in-depth understanding of the agri-foods & fertilizer industries. On-the-job training and exposure to product knowledge will be provided, after which it is expected that the Sales Lead will work independently to fulfill orders and to rotate an extensive inventory.
This position requires a full-time, in person commitment from Sooke, B.C.
