The Pointe Agricultural Event Centre is seeking a dynamic and community-focused Programs and Events Supervisor to lead the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of a wide range of events and programs. In this role, you will oversee all customer service staff, plan event logistics, manage facility bookings, and cultivate strong relationships with community partners to ensure the centre remains a vibrant and highly utilized destination. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for major event bookings and contracts, identifying opportunities for new programming, and aligning offerings with community needs. Your ability to anticipate challenges, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain a high level of attention to detail will be critical to your success.
