AI Automation & Operations Engineer Role

In this unique role, you’ll partner with the founder to prototype and implement automated solutions that replace manual tasks across various operations, including scheduling and finance. Your goal will be to create efficient systems that significantly reduce human workload while you gain insight into essential operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop agent workflows with Crew.ai and other automation tools
• Implement automations for guard scheduling and payroll systems
• Learn business operations to enhance automation
• Create internal tools on Airtable and Streamlit as necessary
