What is the opportunity?
The Next Best Action team here at RBC, which is part of the Personal Banking organization, is responsible for running day-to-day marketing campaigns and experiments for our banking clients. Our Data Innovation team is the responsible for maintaining the ecosystem that runs daily and drives our Next Best Action initiative.
