DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an AI Engineering Manager to lead a small team of senior engineers responsible for platform engineering while helping the organization evolve toward an AI native development model.

This role is hands on and execution focused. While AI adoption is a growing priority, the role today is primarily platform driven, with responsibility shifting rapidly toward AI enabled workflows, tooling, and engineering practices.

The successful candidate will balance people leadership, architectural decision making, and direct technical contribution while partnering closely with product and engineering leadership.
