Air Liquide IT Applications Support Analyst

Air Liquide is seeking an IT Applications Support Analyst who is bilingual in French and English to join our Montreal team. Provide critical tier 1 support for SAP applications while enhancing user interaction.
In this role, you'll troubleshoot issues for SAP users, track inquiries in our ticketing system, and assist with managing access rights for users. Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are crucial for success in this dynamic environment, ensuring a seamless experience for all internal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer first-level support for SAP users via phone and email

Requirements:
