This position is key to the Training Services team at CAE, focused on Civil Aviation and Defence & Security. You will leverage your technical skills and aviation experience to develop training solutions and enhance course content accuracy. Collaboration with Instructional System Designers and participation in courseware quality assurance will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop training solutions and collaborate on storyboards
• Support courseware accuracy and technical compliance
• Design performance checks to validate learning
• Provide quality assurance on courseware deliverables
• Create and maintain verification and validation plans
Requirements:
• Graduate of RCAF aircrew course with wings
