This role is responsible for ensuring optimal store performance, managing labour hours and productivity, driving compliance, preventing fraud, and maintaining smooth collaboration across multiple departments.

The Operations Manager plays a critical role in project managing store renovations, kiosk upgrades, and new location launches while ensuring that operational standards and customer experience are met.
