Who we are looking for

State Street Alpha Collateral are looking for a digital product lead to enable the delivery and growth of State Street’s Digital Collateral business. Collateral offers collateral solutions and capabilities to flexibly support our State Street clients. The product suite includes end-to-end collateral management, administration and servicing, analytics and optimization, and transformation.

This role involves managing all aspects of project execution, from initial planning and analysis to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will report directly to the Head of Alpha Collateral Services and work collaboratively with regional and global cross-business partners and cross-organizational support functions (e.g., Digital, Custody, Sales, Onboarding, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance).
