AMC Manager

What You’ll Do

• Lead laser cutting operations through direct supervision of Production Supervisors (AMG Leader), Process and Launch Engineers
• Manage AMC deployment, aligning daily actions with Quality and Maintenance stakeholders
• Drive Tier 1–2–3 governance and ensure SQDCM boards reflect accurate data and actions
• Respond quickly to production risks, engineering changes, or PCP updates
• Audit and improve process stability (speed, power, scrap, markers)
• Build leadership culture in shift teams with standard work, visual controls, and action escalation
• Coordinate root cause analysis and countermeasure implementation (8D, PDCA)
• Assign resources, assume responsibility, and provide leadership to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems (objectives, policies, legal requirements, etc.)
