Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests through the AEO Selling Model effectively
• Educate customers on AE & Aerie products and styles
• Introduce and promote AEO loyalty programs for brand connection
• Assist across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom areas
• Resolve guest issues while following company policies
