Align AMHS practices, projects, and equipment performance to meet or exceed benchmarking capabilities.
Regularly report on benchmark performance through weekly metrics reporting.
Maintain ongoing dialogue with global counterparts; Strive to implement Best Known Methods.
Partner with Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to monitor and model system performance and capacity. Identify future capacity and/or performance gaps before they are realized and propose solutions to mitigate or resolve those gaps to ensure optimal system performance.
