Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a junior accountant.
• Soft skills: good communication, problem‑solving, strong work ethic, teamwork, accountability, customer‑service orientation, resilience and adaptability.
• Technical skills: financial statement literacy (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) at intermediate level, knowledge of finance processes, intermediate MS Office (PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with SAP, advanced Excel, advanced numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely completion of the month‑end close including accruals and reporting aligned with company accounting policy, GAAP, and SOX regulations; maintain accruals and forecasts in core financial systems (SAP and OneStream).
• Provide financial analysis to support business goals for net sales, EBIT and cash flow, including margin analysis, COGS analysis, marketing and SG&A ROI.
