The Sales Support Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing a range of sales support activities including analysis of sales outcomes, opportunities and the creation of proposals in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to provide support/ancillary services to sales people and across all client segments.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Assist multiple production support functions and aid partners in fulfilling sales requirements; design and implement process improvements
+ Monitor controls based on regulatory and reporting requirements
+ Aid in the customer service process to ensure satisfactory customer service
+ Assist the delivery and administration of access media as well as sales tools
