Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Engineer

We are building cutting‑edge high‑density silicon architectures and are seeking an Analog/Mixed‑Signal IC Engineer to help take designs from concept through successful tape‑out.

This role combines deep technical expertise with strong communication and systems thinking. You will serve as Avalon’s analog subject‑matter expert, working closely with external design partners while translating complex risks, trade‑offs, and opportunities into clear guidance for internal teams.

This role is critical to protecting design integrity, reducing tape‑out risk, and ensuring system performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead and review high‑voltage mixed‑signal designs, including complete tape‑out cycles.
• Design and validate circuits in HV‑CMOS or BCD processes, ensuring high‑voltage robustness and reliability.
• Oversee high‑density analog layouts, ensuring precision across large arrays of matched analog components.
