Analyst, Asset Management

Position Overview

Oxford is seeking an Analyst, Asset Management to join our Canadian Asset Management team in our corporate head office in downtown Toronto. This position supports the Canadian Asset Management team in a collaborative effort to maximize asset values and investment returns. In addition, this team develops the asset management and strategic investment plans for each asset and leads co-ownership relationships.

The Analyst, Asset Management will primarily be responsible for providing analytical support to the Canadian Retail Portfolio and will have additional exposure across various other asset classes. The position will gain cross‑functional exposure to all facets of the Canadian business including Asset Management, Leasing, Operations, Capital Expenditures, Development, Investments, and Financing.
