Role Responsibilities
Support & Ticket Management (Yardi and Other Systems)
- Serve as a primary contact for Yardi-related inquiries and issues, as well as general tickets for other ERP systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or functional problems, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Prioritize support tickets based on impact, urgency, and user volume.
- Maintain detailed documentation of reported issues, resolutions, and any process changes.
System Administration & Maintenance
- Conduct regular checks, data validations, and quality control measures to ensure efficient operations of Yardi and additional business applications.
