Analyst, Global Human Resources Information Systems

Overview

Description: The Global HRIS Analyst position is responsible for the configuration and maintenance of our global HRIS system and for providing reporting and analysis to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and strategic insight for all HR functions. This position will work closely with members of our team across multiple global HR functions (compliance, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, learning and performance management), as well as with payroll, accounting, and IT, in support of key business initiatives and processes.
