Analyst, Source to Pay Adoption and Support (Bogotá)

What will you do?

Provide end-to-end source to pay support to stakeholders and ticket management related to Procurement Technology for intake, supplier risk assessment, contract management and purchasing (including invoicing and payment). Communicates and provides education about the improved controls and efficiency gains of migrating to official Scotiabank S2P technology platform(s). Maintains S2P training materials on intranet sites. Support Procurement Technology operations by resolving system issues, guiding users, and managing catalog and contract processes. Collaborate with employees and suppliers on Source-to-Pay (S2P) activities, including catalog maintenance, sourcing support, invoice processing, and procurement guidance, ensuring compliance with SOPs and work instructions...
