**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**:Responsible for monitoring, tracking, and analyzing shipments and routes assigned to each of the carriers.
Make time analysis, KPIs management, BI's reporting directly to the customer and the internal team.
- Scheduling and tracking of pickups and deliveries.
- Notify customers of any deviations from the execution schedule.
- Call and obtain updates from transportation providers and enter accurate information into the dispatch system.
- Communicate any problems with customers or vendors.
