The Opportunity:

The Regional Recruiting Analyst is a crucial position designed to enhance our recruiting efforts across Canada. With three openings—one for Western Canada, one for Ontario, and a bilingual role for Quebec & Atlantic Canada—this role focuses on identifying and attracting talented advisors from other Dealers and Bank-Owned Dealers.

The primary objective is to grow the recruiting pipeline by leveraging LinkedIn for prospecting, conducting outreach via phone calls, and effectively communicating our value proposition to secure meetings with our leadership team.

Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the wealth advisory landscape, and the ability to engage with potential recruits. The Regional Recruiting Analyst will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and the regional team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy.
