Key Responsibilities
Laboratory Analysis
•Lead & managesoil and plant tissue analysis according to established SOPs.
•Managelaboratory instruments such as:
AAS
Spectrophotometer
pH meter
EC meter
Analyze:Macro nutrients,Micronutrients,Soil pH, CEC, organic carbon, EC, texture
•Ensure analytical accuracy and consistency.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Follow QA/QC procedures and laboratory safety standards.
Managecalibration and routine maintenance of instruments.
Participate inproficiencytesting and internal quality checks.
Maintain proper documentation and traceability of sample
Safety &compliance:chemical handling, hazard communication, biosafety basic, waste disposal regulations, emergency response, lab risk assessment, PPE compliance.
