The University of Winnipeg is hiring Contract Academic Staff in Anthropology. Teach 'Archaeology in Popular Culture' and inspire new generations with your knowledge this fall.
This contract position is for the course ANTH/BANT- which runs from September 8, 2026, to December 23, 2026, with classes scheduled on Monday and Wednesday evenings. A Master’s degree related to anthropology is essential, alongside experience in teaching at the collegiate level.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and facilitate engaging classes throughout the course
• Manage classroom dynamics and student interactions
• Provide support and mentorship to students
• Assess performance and maintain academic integrity
• Work collaboratively with the department on course initiatives
