• More than 5 years of experience managing Accounts Payable in an international Shared Services Center.
• Experience migrating AP operations to Mexico.

Job Description

• Lead the design and implementation of the AP area.
• Develop and execute the business case, transition roadmap, and timeline for AP migration.
• Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and process standardization.
• Oversee end-to-end AP processes:
  • Invoice booking
  • Invoice exception handling
  • Vendor payments
  • Full P2P cycle within an SSC environment
• Manage a hybrid environment with multiple ERP systems (SAP + other platforms).
• Build and scale the AP team.
• Partner with U.S.-based stakeholders (strong English communication required).
• Act as a key liaison across Finance, Operations, and Global teams.
