AP Specialist - 1-Year Contract

About the Opportunity

• High-volume, full-cycle A/P position; processing invoices, credit/debit notes, and running payment cycles within defined terms
• Supports month-end close including vendor reconciliations, A/P reporting, and payment documentation
• Stable, process-driven environment with clear internal controls and structured workflows

About You

• 3+ years of hands-on A/P or general accounting experience
• Large ERP experience is required along with Intermediate Excel skills
• Organized, dependable, and communicates well with both vendors and internal teams

Pay Range

$26 - $28 / hour

You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada.
