We are currently seeking an Application Maintenance and Support. L2 to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience in application Maintenance and Support. L2 role
• Strong in Unix
• Strong in writing SQL queries.
• Knowledge on any other scripting/Coding languages – preferably Java

• Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
• Also help in code fixes and rigorous testing where required
• Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languages
