TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for an Application Packager
Pay Rate Range: $72-90 per hour
Job Description
This is an approximate 12 month contract located in Toronto/ON, Hybrid(1-2 days a week)
Mandate
- Responsible for application packaging and integration ensuring applications are packaged and delivered according to documented user requirements, industry, the bank and TBE best practices.
- Collaborate and interact internally and externally with colleagues, customers, and vendors to ensure that the packaging and deployment of software applications are effective, functional, and reliable.
Knowledge and Skills
Education
- Possesses a university degree/college diploma in Computer Science.
Technical Skills
- 4-6yrs of previous relevant work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Mainframe COBOL (90% base in mainframe), JCL, DB2, CICS.
