Description

Nature & Scope:

Providing marketing product support involving documentation, RFP review, and new product introductions

Reviewing and identifying alternative product solutions to meet market needs and profit objectives

Be familiar with and able to interpret North American and International codes and standards as they apply to products and installations (ULC, CSA, NBC, CED, DFC, OBC, NFPA, BSI)

Be knowledgeable on major competitors and their prime products

Assist in training programs for new sales/service personnel

Providing product technical support to all Sales, Service Technicians, internal departments and resolve product questions

Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Post Secondary Diploma in Fire Protection Engineering, Technology, or related field of study

Experience in life and fire safety industry, technical fire alarm sales considered an ass...
