Position Summary Provides Engineering leadership in the design, application and validation of Motors, Actuators and Cable systems to meet or exceed customer and market specific requirements.

Experience

5 years minimum managerial experience in automotive industry product design and engineering. Experience in DC Motors, Actuators and Cables would be an advantage.

Good knowledge of automotive industry procedures (APQP, FMEA, SPC, DVPR, Change management).

Familiar with Automotive requirements for Mechatronic devices and related performance validation

Strong communication skills and able to make technical and product presentations to customers

Fluent in English plus a good understanding of Mandarin would be an asset
